Our Tir Pontypridd Annual General Meeting will be taking place from 7pm on Weds 30th September @ Capel Y Bont

This will be the final AGM for the Community Association and the first AGM for the Community Benefit Society

• The AGM covers the period starting from the 1^st meeting of the CBS in Jan 2025 up until the end of the last financial year starting in April 2026. 
• The attentive amongst you may notice that we are holding our AGM 2 months earlier than last year. This is because we need to submit our Annual Reporting documents for the CBS to the Financial Conduct Authority in October. 

Our annual meeting to brings all members together to scrutinise the work of the organisation over the course of the previous financial year. We will also take this opportunity to bring members up to date on more recent activities, membership income and for members to ask questions, put forward motions and vote on some key decisions going forwards.

Our Annual Reporting documents will follow in the next few weeks. 

We hope to have access to the kitchen area and to be able to provide you with Fair Trade refreshments courtesy of Fair Trade Pontypridd. You are of course welcome to bring your own refreshments and any treats that you would like to share.

• If you have any questions, or would like to put forwards a motion, then again please email  with the subject Question / Motion.  These need to be something related to the running of Tir Pontypridd.
